Electronic Drum Kits for Quiet Home Practice
An electronic drum kit lets you play the drums at home without the volume of an acoustic kit. Plug in headphones and practise any time of day, or connect to a speaker when you want to be heard. Karrera's electric drum kits use mesh drum heads for a natural, responsive feel that is gentle on your wrists and much quieter than rubber pads.

Electronic Drum Kit FAQs
Are mesh drum pads better than rubber pads?
Mesh pads feel closer to a real drum, with more natural stick rebound, and they make less noise when hit. Most drummers prefer them.
Can I connect an electronic drum kit to a computer?
Kits with USB/MIDI, like the 18S, can connect to a computer for recording and drum software. Bluetooth lets you play along to music from your phone.
Are electronic drums good for beginners?
Yes. Built-in metronomes, coaching modes and headphone practice make electronic drums one of the easiest ways to learn.
